ccCrosses stands behind the quality of every order. Should your order be damaged or you are dissatisfied with the quality, then please return your product within 14 days. We will gladly refund 100% of the product cost (does not include shipping and handling charges) or you can exchange the product. Our policy covers damage or quality dissatisfaction with products only. Lack of selling our product in your store is not an acceptable reason as we have already paid for the printing. Also shipping costs you incur to return the product will not be refundable.
- Please call us at 503-715-3559 (Portland, Oregon Calling Area) or 1-877-236-8422 (Toll Free Nationwide) to notify us of your return so that we can prepare the proper Return Shipping Label that will be mailed to you.
- Please prepare your return box by applying the Return Shipping Label we send you.
- Then give your package to any UPS driver or drop it off at any location of The UPS StoreTM, UPS Drop Box, UPS Customer Center, authorized shipping outlet or pickup location. If it is more convenient, your customer can call 1-800-PICK-UPS or go to ups.com to request a pickup.
- When we receive your Returned Package then ccCrosses will then process your refund or exchange promptly.
